“As irrigators guide water to their fields, as archers aim arrows, as carpenters carve wood, the wise shape their lives.”
The Dhammapada
What is Dharma?
Can we talk more about the Wheel that is everything?! I want to know joyous bliss and my soul. I want to know Spirit. I want to know the difference between soul and Spirit… is there a difference? How could anyone really know?
Dharma is a sanskrit term that has no better translation than this; it is the law of cosmic order. When finding and following the spiritual path, one finds cosmic order. One tastes the sweet bitter nectar of Dharma. It is sweet when revolving in the higher realms of the Wheel and bitter when one is dragged deep into the depths of the lower realms.
The Wheel is the cycle of life.
The realms are our psychological make up.
We revolve around the Wheel within six different realms.
THE GOD REALM, THE JEALOUS GOD REALM, THE HUMAN REALM, THE ANIMAL REALM, THE HUNGRY GHOST REALM, THE HELL REALM
Identify the realm you are in with a present, sane mind and win a futile victory. It takes discipline to be truly victorious.
The Wheel is an expression of Dharma in action; cosmic order in the here and now. The Wheel can be connected to all experience from our secret thoughts, into action, our voice, and the wheel is then set into motion, karmic debt and residue pervades. Karma in Newtonian physics: With every action there is a reaction. The spiritual path is to become one with this understanding, in order to reduce our suffering and see clearly, so we can find our true purpose.
